Combining sales, operations, finance, marketing, and technical expertise with overall business acumen, Eric Tumperi has led, founded, grown, and transformed companies for more than four decades. His career has been defined by more than 40 years of building, selling, and implementing technology solutions and almost three decades as a founder or CEO of a technology company. As Group Leader of the equivant Justice Group, he is responsible for overseeing the business operations, sales, marketing, software development, and planning for three software companies that serve the justice industry – equivant Courts (aka Courtview), equivant SCP (aka Northpointe), and ACT Innovations. Together, they provide a broad portfolio of justice industry products and services for courts, probation and parole agencies, jails and prisons, pretrial agencies, drug and treatment courts, drug testing labs, and public attorneys.
Prior to assuming his current role, Eric led three equivant vertical business units to unprecedented growth, served as CEO of a community corrections case management software system company, founded a leading SaaS voice supervision solution for the criminal justice market, founded a dot-com era innovator in SaaS and vertically-focused solutions, and spent almost 15 years at IBM managing and leading state, national, and global business units. He is passionate about helping his colleagues reach their highest potential and building sustainable, high-impact teams.
Eric graduated from the University of Virginia and is an active alumnus. For more than eight years, he has served as the Chair of the Technology Committee for the American Probation & Parole Association. When he is not working, Eric enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.
With more than 25 years of experience in the tech industry, Stuart Rosove’s experience spans from private consulting to working with startups and large public companies. Mr. Rosove is exceptionally gifted at driving next-level business growth. In 2010, he worked for an anti-piracy company and was responsible for strengthening the company’s position in the market before a successful acquisition. Later, he moved on to work for the company that introduced Online Dispute Resolution tools to the market.
Mr. Rosove’s career thus far has positioned him as a subject matter expert in enterprise-level court and case management software. In addition to his extensive industry knowledge, Stuart is driven by impactful work. He recognizes that equivant solutions are mission-critical and impact citizens’ and public servants’ lives every day. Because of that, he wants to ensure equivant provides the most user-friendly products that reduce any friction from the justice journey.
As the General Manager of ACT Innovations, Jeremy Demers oversees the strategic direction and operational execution of a leading company at the forefront of treatment court case management software and laboratory information systems. Jeremy brings to ACT Innovations a wealth of experience in leading teams and driving business growth, honed through over 20 years in high-stakes marketing and business development roles. Jeremy earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, yet remains true to his roots as a Texas A&M Aggie.
As the General Manager of equivant SCP, Patrick directs strategic trajectory for three of equivant’s growing vertical business units. He draws upon his professional history as an accomplished operator and serial startup founder to innovate in the areas of operational efficiencies, measured growth, and market penetration.In 2009, Patrick co-founded CDL Systems USA which he eventually sold to Lockheed Martin. He has over a decade of experience leading software businesses, with an emphasis in operations, software development and sales.Patrick holds an MBA from M.I.T. and spent 11 years as a Naval Aviator. He is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Fighter Weapon’s School (TOPGUN) and completed over 40 combat missions. In his free time, he enjoys pickleball, hiking, and traveling the globe with his
family.
